You can feel safe providing your credit card number and personal information on ciregistry.gov.ky. We use a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) security system, which is widely accepted as the Internet security standard. When you submit your private information, it is encrypted, meaning your information is encoded and secure as it travels across the Internet.
As you navigate the site, you may receive security-warning messages, depending on your browser settings. Most browsers will notify you if you are about to leave or enter a secure site, if the site you are about to transmit to does not have a valid identification, or if the connection you have with the site is not secure to send a transmission. By responding to these warnings, you are taking the first step towards protecting yourself from vulnerabilities to theft or privacy invasion.
General Refunds Policy
Refunds of any unused deposit can be given upon request. The refund will be credited to the credit card with which your payment was made.
Please note that all company search transactions are final and non-refundable.
Receipts
For every payment submitted through ciregistry.gov.ky you will receive a receipt confirmation online. In addition, you will receive a receipt by email. We recommend that you print and save the receipt for your reference. For your security, we will only send your receipt to the email address you provide. Please be sure to enter your email address correctly to ensure that you receive your receipt.
